Showing up for Ireland’s youth through digital connection

Childline.ie provides a safe, digital environment where every child can access support to help them cope with pressures in life.

We partnered with Childline by ISPCC to create a vibrant, stigma-free platform encouraging young people to explore and manage their well-being. We built a website that integrates innovative features like personalised content pathways and a bespoke search function and live chat, making it easy for users to find and access support.

We also orchestrated a year-long awareness campaign to connect with audiences on digital platforms and out-of-home media. A series of unique characters representing different emotional states were brought to life through engaging visuals, video vignettes, and interactive digital formats – enabling users to feel supported and connected while accessing essential information.

Childline.ie’s unique blend of technology and personalisation, combined with a highly

engaging and impactful awareness campaign, established Childline as a trusted resource for emotional support and mental health information.
